Back to the beautiful Suffolk coast today and managed to catch the morning sun at The Oyster Inn, Butley, near Woodbridge. We were picking up some guests for brunch who had enjoyed some home-smoked seafood.
The Oyster Inn was due to open just as lockdown struct in 2020, but managed to survive by expanding its original business plans to a local shop, wood-fired pizzas, a local shuttle service, and even a secret cinema when restrictions began to lift!
Picking up from all these fantastic restaurants in Suffolk is certainly making our drivers hungry…
