We managed to catch some of the sun whilst picking up some guests that were staying in Suffolk’s Martello Tower this week, in Aldeburgh.
Built in the early 1800’s, this tower is the northernmost of an extensive chain that was built to defend against the threat of Napoleonic invasion. Today it is now managed by The Landmark Trust, a charity that works to save historic buildings by making them available as holiday destinations.
With the sun as glorious as that, who needs to be abroad to top up their tan!
